we have made a decision about the extra travel refunds and will support one person from Shiram with 250 Euro, on the condition that you formalize your relationship with GEN Europe immediately and pay the membership fee as a supportive member. Our usual procedure is for a full member applicant to become supportive member at first, then upgrage their membership after a presentation at the GA. This is also included in the information about membership I have sent you earlier. We will then discuss your situation at the GA.
There were quite a few applicants and we have chosen to support one person per organisation or country.
You will be refunded this money when we meet in Tamera. Please keep receipts like invoices, tickets, boarding pass that we need to copy for the book keeping.
